The code and prebuilt packages can be downloaded from the Sourceforge project page.
To run this you will need a Java runtime such as the reference one from Sun although it should be possible to use gcj to compile to native code. You will also need a copy of the eclipse swt, ghostscript (normally packaged with linux) and finally a build of the tesseract ocr program. Refer to the readme.txt file in the package for more information.
